Re: House passes healthcare reform

The passage of health reform in the U.S. House is a step this country needs. We can argue it is too much of this or that, but the bottom line is we need a reform of the health care system. It took a lot of courage for the House the pass this reform. It took even more courage for our Congressman, John Salazar, to vote in favor of this bill. To him, I say thank you.

The next step is the Senate, which will be harder to get any thing passed. This time, instead of listening to talking heads telling us how much it is going to hurt us, maybe we should read the bill and find out how much it will help us. Courage not only can be displayed in Washington, but can be displayed here in Montrose. Now is the time for us to take a stand and do what is right for our country and right for us. Support health care reform.
