Hilah V. Mattern

PAONIA — Hilah V. Mattern, age 92, of Paonia, Colo., died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, at Delta County Memorial Hospital, Delta, Colo. Survivors include a son, Mel Mattern; daughters, Barbara McHugh, Wilma Butler, Marty Littlejohn; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Larry Ballard.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Bible Center Church in Paonia. Arrangements are under the direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
